RETURN DELAYS AND COSTS

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties."
You therefore have 14 days following receipt of your package to inform us of your wish to withdraw, then a further 14 days from the communication of your decision to return the package.


To make a return, simply complete the return form available to download here . You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item .


If the return deadline has passed, we will be forced to refuse it. Customer service will send you an email to inform you that the deadline has passed. If the customer wishes to return their order, they must pay the return shipping costs again.


Steps to follow:

  1. download the return voucher here
  2. Complete the form carefully: indicate your first name, last name, and order number
  3. Slip the form into the package
  4. Obtain a shipping slip from the Mondial Relay website or directly from the post office (this is the buyer's responsibility)
  5. Drop off your package and track its progress

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and carefully packaged with proof of purchase.
Items must be unworn/unwashed/odorless (not smell of cigarettes or perfume).
Items must not have any traces of makeup.
As a result, returns of washed and/or worn clothing will not be accepted . Furthermore, shoe boxes cannot be used as parcels.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), then the refund for your item(s) will be processed, and a transfer will be made, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

The item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them so they'll find out about your return.
