Who is Elles & Marina for?

Elles & Marina is a brand dedicated to women measuring 1m65 and under, who are looking for elegant, well-cut and modern clothing.

How do I modify my order?

Order modifications are not possible. You can cancel your order within one hour of purchase. After this time, you can request a refund using our return form.

Where does the merchandise come from?

Our suppliers are mainly located in Italy.

When will my order be shipped?

Our preparation times vary between 24 and 72 business hours from the validation of your order. Your packages are shipped from France on average 24 to 48 hours after validation of payment. The delivery time then depends on your choice at the time of checkout (Colissimo/GLS and other, to France/International, etc.).

I would like to exchange an item. How do I do this?

We currently do not offer exchanges online. If the items are not suitable and are still new and in their original condition , you may return them for a refund and place a new order online.

How to make a return?

You have 14 days after receiving the item to return it to us. It is important to include the return form in the package. Upon receipt, if the item is in its original condition, a refund will be issued within a few days.

Steps to follow:

  1. download the form here
  2. Complete the form carefully: indicate your first name, last name, and order number
  3. Slip the form into the package
  4. Obtain a label from the Mondial Relay website or directly from the post office (returns are the buyer's responsibility)
  5. Drop off your package and track its progress
